2024 BXT Wines,Bell Summe Vineyard Sparkling Rose, California, USA Domaine de Beaurenard I found the 2020s justFrom the winemaker: Bell Summe vineyard is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Hillside and organically farmed, a section of the vineyard is planted to Swan clone Pinot Noir on the rootstock 420A in Goldridge soils. 20% of the blend undergoes a short carbonic fermentation for 8 10 days, and the balance of the fruit is whole cluster pressed and fermented in barrel. These components are then assembled in the spring of 2025 without fining
