18 Karat Gold, Sapphire & Chocolate Diamond Necklace multi-color Strand includes 17 large coral18 Karat gold chocolate diamond pendant, and all natural sapphires, muted hues. Larger faceted sapphire rondelles are 6mm diameter x 4mm tall, and the small finely faceted sapphires are 3mm, tapering down to 2mm diameter at the top. 16 inches long with pendants, simple, light, and dressy. Sapphires and gold components were handmade in India.
