I believe this has just crested the peak and is starting a slow decent. Still very enjoyable, significant fruit alongside spice tobacco. Holds up to food well (filet mignon and baked sharp cheddar mac n cheese). Update: finished the bottle after 2 nights in the fridge. Added a point.
