The wine is made from a blend of 50% Glera, 25% Verdiso, and 25% Boschera, all farmed organically. After gentle pressing and fermentation on native yeasts, it ages with its lees for 12 months before bottle fermentationand is released unfined, unfiltered, and without dosage.
