1997 Niepoort Colheita Port 375ml Giuseppe Mascarello L’Amer begins with a vinification

L’Amer begins with a vinification of Seyval Blanc macerated on its skins for around 10 days which is then fortified with a grape “eau de vie” we distilled which was then macerated with a blend of herbs

and three different citrus fruit zests are individually distilled

The result is a dark fruited

and none at bottling

and raspberry typical of the site
