NEW RIFF WHISKEY RYE MALTED BARREL PROOF SHERRY FINISH KENTUCKY 750ML Sangiovese 1997 is a successfull VintageWe like to think of our 100% Malted Rye Whiskey as a malt whiskey first, and a rye whiskey second. Given that malty identity, it seemed natural to give it a sherry cask finish, as often used for malt whiskeys around the world. Handcrafted Spanish oloroso and pedro ximenez sherry casks were judiciously applied. The result is a rather unique whiskey in the pantheon of sherry cask aging. The sherry cask element is forward and deeply pitched, yet
