Victoria Torres Pecis, Las Migas 2021, Canary Islands, Spain Cadiz This wine is made fromViki Torres uses traditional, local grape varieties grown in the extraordinary volcanic soils and climate of La Palma, the most north westerly of the Canary Islands, to make truly exceptional wines, in tiny quantities. Las Migas or 'the crumbs' of Listan Blanco from all over the island showing off Viki's mastery of this grape. Flinty, savoury, mineral, complex yet oh so drinkable. Very limited stock so share nicely and just one bottle per order
