Davis, who died Oct. 29, 1812 at 11 weeks old, with tombstone drawing at top flanked by wispy watercolored willows, verse below, wonderful little blue bird with sprig in its beak, and all sorts of tender imperfections, down to the insertion of middle initial "G" just
