Eduardo Torres Acosta, Versante Nord Bianco, Terre Siciliane IGT, Italy Italy Producer - Gaintza Country -Eduardo's first brush with the wine world was at home on his family's vineyards in Tenerife. Following his passion, he went on to study agricultural engineering and oenology. From there he wanted to discover new territories, recognising the importance of sharing knowledge with other producers, which led him to Sicily where he worked with another of our fave producers, Arianna Occhipinti.
