This very heavy War Club Axe Looks to have come from the XHOSA tribe of South Africa, but because of its simplicity could have been encountered almost anywhere in the Sub Saharan area. Simple fabrication using a straight wood club measuring 24" having a bulge to the top through which is mounted on a simple iron steel axe head measuring 5 1 4" long with a cutting edge of just 1 3 4" The Xhosa Tribe are, like the Zulus
