Emerson Smith & Co Saws Trade Card with Gauge and Ruler painted cannonball Photos show some glareI think the design of this c. 1880s trade card for Emerson, Smith & Company Saw Manufacturers of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania is just excellent. And useful too, with "as perfect as any steel saw gauge" bordering three sides, and a ruler along the bottom. Plus a view of the saw factory on reverse, with sawtooth edging around it, and a most excellent sword shaped Damascus Temper (steel) trademark logo below. 5 3 8" x 3 1 4". Very good condition, nice
