This is a gorgeous WWII decal for the 13th Armored Division, featuring an insignia designed by Walt Disney himself. The decal is in a frame measuring 5 x 7, but it is not centered in the frame and could be removed. The decal features a black cat doing several things deemed as bad luck, including breaking a mirror, stepping under a ladder, using an umbrella when it isnt raining, and spilling salt. This coincides with
