So when I spotted this and one other of her prints at an antiques shop recently

I've now learned that frogs carved from Chinaberry roots are a thing

fully equipped and ready to get to work

Certainly they bear a very strong resemblance to the animals of Swiss toy designer and maker Antonio Vitali (who also designed many toys produced by Creative Playthings), and there is a Made in Switzerland sticker on the underside. At any rate, I think they make a pretty great modernist pair to sit on a shelf somewhere and also indestructible
