Mid-Century Raymor Italian Pottery Lidded Box AAconglo with 208 pagesI chased a bunch of mid c Italian pottery online to find one ashtray featuring essentially the same pattern as the lid on this box, with that ashtray bearing its original sticker so I know this box was produced for Raymor but I am not sure who designed it. (The ashtray is selling on 1st Dibs for $1195.) It's a beauty for sure, with the box glazed in bright white and the flat lid in grays and yellow feeling very late 50s modernist abstraction. Elegant,
