This is an interesting combat worn example of a genuine World War I M 1915 Belgian Army "Adrian" steel helmet, which looks to have seen long service before and certainly after the war. The front of the helmet still has its original Belgian "Lion Head" badge. The helmet itself is painted a very bright blue with a Peace sign and PEACE painted in white. The underside of the brim is inscribed: 30 8 74 Vive la classe.
