Bridge Creek - Alaska Birch Syrup Size:Large (200 ml) - Sold Out soups and dipsBirch syrup made in our hometown of Homer, Alaska by Anna Meredith and Jake Beaudoin. It's perfect to serve on top of sourdough pancakes and in a hot latte or cup of tea. They "collect sap from approximately 600 Kenai birch trees on the Homer bench along East End Road. By working with willing landowners, they are able to tap the trees and collect thousands of gallons of the sap. It takes about 100 gallons of sap to produce one gallon of birch syrup"
