Aromas open with dark toned fruit like wild cherry, black plum, and blackberry layered with hints of bitter cocoa, coffee, and subtle dark florals and underbrush. The palate is on the lighter side for a medium bodied wine. Yet firmly structured, with smooth, integrated tannins and moderate acidity. Notes of forest floor and warm spice
