This is a relatively rare example of a Soviet Cold War era Naval flag, as flown by the ships and vessels who housed the Fleet commander and is dated 1983. This flag was used from May 27, 1935 to July 21, 1992. The flag measures 56 x 35 and appears to have never been used and is in near mint condition.
