Original German Pre-WWII Tornister 34 Pony Fur Backpack with Shoulder Straps by A. Kind - Dated 1937 Holsters & Cases with a Hop plant onOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a very good condition Pony Fur covered rucksack known as the Tornister (Knapsack) Model 34 (developed in 1934), still fitted with the original straps. As the war progressed the design was simplified for economical and practical reasons, first switching to cowhide, after which the fur covering was eliminated, making these early packs especially scarce on todays collector market. This example is in very good
