This is an very good condition complete 1957 1959 U. S. Air Force size large Gentex P 4A flight helmet that comes complete with internal web liner and pull down spring loaded tint visor. All parts are in very good condition. This is a rare complete helmet. Also included is a size large Type A 13 Leather flying helmet which could be worn beneath the P 4A and a MS22001 Aircraft Pilot Oxygen Mask in size small. The
