I first guessed brother and sister, but I've translated enough of the Spanish on the lower half of the reverse (I believe it is Polish above) to understand that they are Olga and Estaban, a young married couple, photographed in Poland I presume. I find the image of the two of them standing side by side super striking they look both impossibly young and also as if wise and beyond their years, and as if bolstering one another against a hard
