After working as enologist for several local wineries and cooperatives, Eugenio stepped away to start his own project in 1997 with the help and belief from his family. He now owns 5. 5 hectares of vines between 200 to 600 metres above sea level in Vallagarina, just south of Trento. 'Anisos' translates as different and refers to Rosi being one of the first to
