F. Rogers, late 19th c. or so I believe. While clearly informed by Spencerian calligraphy, I really like how the decorative marks and especially the crest on this bird make it feel much more folky than formal. A perfect gift for someone embarking on a new flight of sorts, though also a nice one to greet each morning, perhaps
