David Bowie "Heathen" 2026-05-08-Fresh Iron & Wine's fourth album2002s Heathen was the first album Bowie and Tony Visconti had worked on together in twenty two years. Recorded in a residential studio in upstate New York, it was the first Bowie album of the new millennium that represented a commercial resurgence and return to his Art Rock sound of the 1970s. Guest guitarists on the album included Pete Townshend, Dave Grohl and longtime collaborator Carlos Alomar.
