I've found a few of these wonderful old stencil wheels over time

with the benefit of a nice handle for moving it around and setting it down

and it does feel as if theirs is a single howl

or set them on shelves

This one is identified at lower left as a White Bordered Camberwell Beauty, and a beauty I think it is less showy than some but finely and richly rendered.
