This is a United States Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH 4 made by Gentex. The helmet is in overall very good condition with the liner, headset, visor, microphone, and tint visor. The helmet is maker marked by Gentex on a paper sticker and is a size large. The rear of the outside of the shell is named to COLLINS. The helmet has fantastic ornage reflective tape, yellow lightning bolts and an American Flag decal. This
