"The Morning Star" Old Cast Iron Piece, Presumed from Antique Stove shinoware A little dryness to theThe banner scrolling across this reads "The Morning Star", and I have to guess it was part of a stove (there is a sort of hook at bottom center of the back side that perhaps latched to the stove and this piece opened out to allow for emptying ashes?). I have found mention of a Morning Star Stove Manufacturing Company established in 1918 in Grand Rapids Michigan, so perhaps Morning Star is the name of the stove, though I might have guessed this was was
