At first I imagined "Our Dazzler" as a fluffy little show dog or exotic cat, but the more I've thought about it, and considering the primitive nature of the platform, I'd be willing to bet this was the stand for presenting a prize rooster! I'd think made for and used at the country fair, in hopes of a first prize ribbon or trophy (I like to imagine a young man
