with a l little foxing to the first couple of pages

I am not certain the date on this

Another week another 19th c

but the blocks themselves are in great shape--nice patina but very little paint loss

A faint stamp on the sole of one indicates they were made in Italy which also makes sense, as who makes better shoes, or boots, than the Italians! The level of craftsmanship on these is pretty outstanding, down to the metal clinkers tricounis around the soles, distinguishing them as mountain boots, c. 1930s 40s I believe. Each approx 3 7
