The hilt is a gilded brass D shape guard with the Imperial German eagle of Kaiser Wilhelm II cypher emblazoned on the grip. The Imperial Eagle portion of the guard folds in or out, depending if needed or not. The hilt overall is stunning with a gold wash on the hilt and cypher. The grip is
