I really like this painting, though, and looking at the snow blanketed farm house makes me appreciate the emergence of green all the more. It's not a finely painted painting, but I find it exactly right conveying the quiet beauty and also isolation of winter without a brushstroke more than is needed, but with this big yellow rising sun (I assume it is a sun) locating it at a moment in time, and with the
