Some are regular plastic, some are the heavier PVC type plastic. The bushes and light post appear to possibly light up or something but I am not sure if they are working. All appear to be in great played with condition. They are various sizes but for scale purposes they are around 4 inches tall. What you see in the pictures is what you will receive.
