Of course they are so beautiful that they are also perfectly wonderful just to keep at home

Antique Treen Apothecary Bottle Case custom made box Another reminder of what anI just love the shape of these old treen threaded cases, made to hold (and protect) apothecary bottles. The bottle here is long gone, but the box is in great shape, the hardwood gorgeous (lignum vitae?) and surely it could be put to use now holding all sorts of precious things. The lid turns closed easily and holds super tight. 4 1 16" t x 1 7 8" in diameter. There is one tiny chip at the lip, very minor; otherwise excellent condition.
