The cut tin wings make me think a bit of ice fishing decoy

and a bit of irregularity to the form (just off round)

but still bright and shiny and in great shape

with a few small flea bites/worm holes at lower right

Cut from plywood, with some black painted flourishes, and the bases for a number of them are cut up rulers. They've been around, with some dings here and there and a little old paper stuck to a couple on one side, but they've very empathetic and nice arranged in all sorts of groupings.
