Vintage Karaffe aus Rubinglas, graviert, 19.-20. Jh. furniture designed for the German PavilionThis small carafe of ruby red tinted, hand blown glass or crystal dates from around 1890 to 1900. In the light, the color appears deep and warm; the fine air bubbles are a reminder of its handcrafted origin. Two geometrically engraved friezes run along the lower body as a calm, repeating pattern.
