Electronic negotiation support systems (NSS) can help companies to save time and money by allowing to conduct negotiations online via the internet. Current NSSs do not sufficiently consider the process of creating a negotiation agenda. The agenda however is an important prerequisite for any negotiation and should be an integral part of an NSS.
