Its expressive, intense aroma is fine and appealing, initially characterized by a note of orange peel, yellow apple and acacia blossom. The wine is dry, rather warm and pleasantly fresh, medium bodied and well balanced, as well as long lasting. It is beautifully harmonious, pleasant tasting and goes excellently with Istrian air dried prosciutto.
