The ship features a bow deck that runs most of the ship's length and ends behind the superfiring aft turret. Its superstructure consisted of a forward conning tower with a heavy tubular mast and an auxiliary conning tower at the stern. Armed with nine main guns, one at the bow and two at the stern, arranged in pairs. This model is well designed,
