Accompanied by copies of his Attestation Paper, Service Records and Will. Footnote: Daniel Robert McCoy was born on April 28, 1888 in Montreal, Quebec. He signed his Attestation Paper with the 23rd Battalion, "Montreal Battalion", on November 10, 1914 in Montreal, stating that he was not married, that he had no previous military service and that his trade was that of Carter. The Battalion
