A Second War Japanese Armed Forces Recruitment Banner Newly Listed Anne in GoldA Second War Japanese Armed Forces Recruitment Banner Fabricated from silk, white wide central panel flanked by wide off white strips on either side, Order of the Golden Kite insignia at the top screen printed in four colours (blue, red, green and gold), with two vertical rows of Japanese characters painted below in black, trimmed along the bottom edge in a 75 mm long dark yellow fringe, the banner sewn in place to a 685 mm long horizontal wooden
