"VN Vinel.lo" White 2023 Montepulciano Light and crisp with refreshingA coastal influenced field blend from organically farmed old vines in Bonastre, just inland from the Mediterranean. Each variety is harvested early, foot trodden whole cluster, and given a short skin maceration before gentle pressing to stainless steel. Fermentations begin as each parcel arrives, building the blend naturally over time. The wine rests on fine lees and is bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur, showing bright aromatics,
