An ethiopian made breast star, of silver gilt and enamels, presenting alternating clusters of smooth and faceted rays, with a red and green enamelled superimposed cross with a lion in the center and a surmounting Ethiopian crown on the 12 oclock arm, the reverse features a vertical pin with dual stays, measures 78. 3mm (w) x 78. 14mm (h), weighs 104. 9 grams, unmarked, enamels intact, remains in very fine condition.
