Constructed of silver, the obverse with a central Silesian coat of arms, within a wreath of wheat stalks, circumscribed by an inscription of LANDWIRTSCHAFTSKAMMER FR DIE PROVINZ SCHLESIEN (AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROVINCE OF SILESIA), the reverse with a central inscription of FR LANDWIRTSCHAFTLICHEN LEISTUNGEN (FOR AGRICULTURAL MERIT), within an oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 42. 85 mm in diameter,
