Constructed of silvered bronze, consisting of a finely detailed, double sided German national eagle, perched on top of a circular oak leaf wreath wrapped in ribbon, around a central mobile swastika, with a magnetic metal threaded lug emanating from the base for attachment to a pole, unmarked, measuring 210 mm (w) x 210 mm (h) (inclusive of lug), with slight loss of finish and verdigris evident, in overall near extremely fine
