The plaque is framed by diverse chiseled floral patterns displaying between a detailed period Spanish coat of arms on the top and a nicely performed coat of arms of the city Alar del Rey on the bottom
The order was established in three grades and could be awarded to civilians and military personnel

An Army Officer’s Belt Buckle, c. 1930 Republic of Emperor of India on NovemberConstructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant starburst, overlaid by three stars and situated on a radiant background, surrounded by a frame of stylized rays, the reverse with a clip and loop, unmarked, measuring 52 mm in diameter, demonstrating total loss of blue enamels to the obverse with sporadic tarnishing to the base metal, in very fine condition.
