This bottle is produced at the same distillery as El Diamante del Cielo, and it just might surprise you to taste the quality in the bottle. It is an accessible option for sure, and will taste great in cocktails, but on its own it has a pleasant honey flavor with notes of vanilla, and a nice little hit of pepper on the finish.
