Position two gel packs vertically to reduce left right leaning. Position one gel pad horizontally to provide lumbar support. Firm back support distributes pressure caused by backrest hammock. Gel packs and backrest are covered in wipe clean vinyl. Secures to any 16" or 18" wheelchair, Geri chair or utility chair.
