Silver Plated Trophy Cup "California State Fair" c. 1936 Nautical Introduced in 1890ABOUT This is an original trophy cup from the California State Fair awarded to Yolo County for their county exhibit in 1936. The extra large trophy cup is silver plated with hammered detail on the handles. The trophy base is made from Bakelite and has a medal label inside that reads "International Silver Co. Trophy 1423." There are some dents in the cup itself and the base has some scuff marks, otherwise this piece has appropriate patina for its age.
