Managing some of the most prestigious culinary establishments in Washington D. C., he decided to step away from the hospitality industry to embark on his true passion, artisanal liqueur making. Following in the footsteps of his Great Grandfather & Grandfather, he invested his time and energy into creating his artisanal Rosoli and Amari line giving
