Constructed of 18kt Gold of exceptional jewelers quality, consisting of a white enameled Shamrock Cross with green enameled fans in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, suspended of a finely detailed laurel and oak leaf wreath, measures 37. 6 mm (w) x 55. 2 mm (h), weighs 11. 44 grams (including ribbon), worn on original ribbon, enamels intact and
